Physiotherapy that changes lives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There are things that once you see them\u2026 you can\u2019t look away anymore.

In Catalonia, there is 1 physiotherapist for every 800 people.
In Senegal, 1 for every 170,000.

Cerebral palsy affects up to 4 in every 1,000 births worldwide.
And in Senegal, some associations speak of figures closer to 1 in 300.

It\u2019s not just a statistic.
These are children with names, with stories\u2026 and with very few options.

That\u2019s where TAWFEKH<\/a> comes in \u2014\u201cprogress\u201d in Wolof, the most widely spoken language in Senegal\u2014 a project based in Mbour (Senegal) that works so children with neurological conditions can receive what we often take for granted: physiotherapy, care and opportunities.

A small project.
But one that truly matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where does cal Fregues come in?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that \u201cEverybody needs a frega.\u201d
And that access to physiotherapy should not depend on where you are born.

That\u2019s why we support TAWFEKH<\/strong><\/a> in the way we know best:
by sharing clinical knowledge, contributing ideas\u2026 and mobilising our community.

Today, there are 6 children in the program<\/a><\/strong> receiving weekly physiotherapy sessions.
Our goal is clear: for Mouhamed to be the seventh.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
