class=\"fade fadeOut\">Todos hemos escuchado frases como: <em>\u201cdeja de posponer\u201d<\/em>, <em>\u201corgan\u00edzate mejor\u201d<\/em> o <em>\u201csi quisieras, lo har\u00edas\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Pero\u2026 \u00bfy si procrastinar no fuera el verdadero problema?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">\u00bfY si solo fuera el s\u00edntoma de algo m\u00e1s profundo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procrastinar no es pereza<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Una de las creencias m\u00e1s extendidas es que quien procrastina es vago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Pero la realidad psicol\u00f3gica es muy distinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Muchas veces procrastinamos cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenemos miedo a no estar a la altura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentimos que la tarea es demasiado grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nos bloquea el perfeccionismo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No sabemos por d\u00f3nde empezar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estamos mentalmente saturados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Es decir: no es falta de ganas, es exceso de carga emocional o mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El cerebro intenta protegerte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Cuando una tarea nos genera estr\u00e9s, inseguridad o presi\u00f3n, el cerebro activa mecanismos de evitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">No porque seas irresponsable, sino porque intenta protegerte del malestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Por eso, en vez de hacer esa tarea importante, terminas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ordenando cosas poco urgentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mirando el m\u00f3vil \u201c5 minutos\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haciendo tareas menores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esperando el \u201cmomento perfecto\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">La procrastinaci\u00f3n es, en el fondo, regulaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La trampa del perfeccionismo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Muchas personas procrastinan no por dejadez, sino por autoexigencia extrema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Pensamientos habituales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cTengo que hacerlo perfecto\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cSi no lo hago bien, mejor no hacerlo\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNecesito m\u00e1s tiempo para hacerlo como toca\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">El resultado: no se hace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Porque el nivel de exigencia paraliza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El otro extremo: los que no paran nunca<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Curiosamente, el opuesto del procrastinador tampoco siempre es saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Hay personas que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Llenan su agenda al m\u00e1ximo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No toleran parar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Necesitan sentirse productivas constantemente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitan el silencio o el descanso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Aqu\u00ed tampoco hay equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Solo otra forma de evitaci\u00f3n: hacer para no sentir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entonces\u2026\u00bfcu\u00e1l es el verdadero problema?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">No es la procrastinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">El problema suele estar en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La relaci\u00f3n con el error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La autoexigencia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gesti\u00f3n emocional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El miedo al juicio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cansancio mental acumulado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Cuando esto la exigencia inicial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poner l\u00edmites al cansancio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entender qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s evitando<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trabajar el di\u00e1logo interno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\">Porque cuando baja la presi\u00f3n interna, aparece la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\"><strong>Quiz\u00e1 no eres vago\/a.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\"><strong>Quiz\u00e1 est\u00e1s saturado\/a.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade fadeOut\"><strong>Quiz\u00e1 tienes miedo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"fade
