In your first session, before starting any treatment, we’ll ask you a series of questions (anamnesis) to better understand your pain, medical history, and lifestyle. Then, we’ll carry out a physical assessment and exploration before beginning treatment. The time we dedicate to evaluation is key to effective care.
In follow-up sessions, we reassess the progress of your pain or injury and continue with treatment.
Yes, we offer 5 and 10 session packs for most treatments. With these, you save between 1€ and 3€ per session.
The 10 session pack can be shared with a family member.
If you need to cancel a session, please let us know at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be counted as used.
Session packs must be purchased directly at our center.
Session packs are valid for 1 year.
Physical gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.
Online gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.
No, we are a private practice.
We don’t work directly with insurance companies, but we can provide an invoice. Some policies reimburse a percentage or even the full cost of the treatment.
If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a physiotherapist. If they consider it necessary, they’ll refer you to one of our osteopaths.
Yes, you can cancel your session with at least 12 hours notice. You can do so through our app or by calling 930044449.
According to our cancellation policy, if you notify us less than 12 hours in advance or do not show up for the session, a fee of 25 € will be charged.
If you have a 5 or 10 session package, the session will be deducted from your package.
Being in the queue means you’re on a virtual waiting list. When a time slot becomes available, you’ll receive a notification via email, an alert, or we’ll give you a call.
You can join the queue for any time slot that works for you.
Yes, absolutely! In fact, your body will thank you for it. It’s important to let your physio/osteopath know you’re pregnant so they can adjust the treatment accordingly and avoid using machines or techniques that may not be suitable.

It’s impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without evaluating the pain and injury, and seeing how it evolves with treatment.
Each body is unique, and it’s not an exact science. We’ll create a treatment plan for you, but we’ll never promise that your pain will disappear in a specific number of sessions, it might take more or it might take less.
